Return PolicyWe stand behind our products at Redfish Sensors Inc. and will accept merchandise returns subject to the guidelines below. At your option, we will replace the product or refund your payment.
Please read these guidelines before requesting a return:- COD returns cannot be accepted. Return freight charges must be prepaid.
- Parts returned due to customer error will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
- Special order items cannot be returned.
- A return materials authorization (RMA) number and packing slip should accompany your return to ensure your account is properly credited. Request an RMA.
- Merchandise must be returned to the address indicated on the RMA in original packaging and in resalable condition within 30 days of the original invoice date.
Delivery Method and Timing
All standard shipping is made by the following method unless otherwise specified: All products in stock will be shipped within 1-2 business days. All custom and special orders will ship at earliest possible ship date to be determined when order is placed and customer will be advised.
- Shipment charges are prepaid and added to invoice
- Standard shipping is via UPS Ground and is subject to UPS shipping schedules. Shipping schedules vary by delivery location.
- Shipments outside the 48 contiguous states may require alternate shipping methods.
The customer must specify non-standard shipments. General notice is to include the following:
- Alternate carrier should be named at time of order
- Orders may be specified to ship collect UPS only
- Charges on non-standard methods of shipping are determined by the specified carrier
- In some cases oversized items may be charged at a "dimensional weight" rate which can be substantially higher than regular surface rates
International shipping is subject to customs inspection and assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country’s national laws and is the responsibility of the customer. Customs duties and taxes, if imposed, are assessed in the destination country and are not calculated or collected by Redfish Sensors Inc. Duties and taxes are collected from the recipient. Additionally most countries have administrative fees that are collected from the recipient to cover the costs of clearing the item through customs and collecting duties and taxes.
Due to import/export restrictions, Redfish Sensors Inc. is unable to ship to some foreign countries and if shipping is not available customers will be advised.
All shipping charges are in US dollars.
